General Questions
Common reasons include using the camera:
- To determine the exact location of a problem.
- To determine whether the pipe has low spots, root intrusions, or is broken and separated.
- To determine the exact location of a septic tank.
- Endless hot water
- Absolutely consistent temperature
- No storage of hot water. Hot water is made instantly on demand.
- Energy savings from not constantly keeping stored water hot.
Because of the way tankless heaters have to be vented to the outside, not every house can accommodate this type of water heater. Call for an evaluation to find out whether this is an option for you.
As copper ages, it can gradually break down, developing pin hole leaks. Once you have one of these leaks, more of them will almost certainly come. Replacing all of your copper pipes with modern, polyethylene PEX pipe solves this problem. This modern alternative is much better than the old polybutylene pipe systems from way back. One additional advantage with this change is that polyethylene pipes are much quieter than any kind of metal pipes.

Services Info
We handle the full range: general repairs (leaks, clogs, faucets), water heater installs and swaps, gas line work, code upgrades for older homes, camera inspections, sewer line repair, and waterline replacement from the meter to the house. If it carries water, waste, or gas, we fix it.
We run a high-resolution waterproof camera through the pipe to see exactly what’s going on—roots, cracks, or bellies in the line. Once we know the spot, we can usually repair it with trenchless methods so your tile stays put and your grass stays green.
Yep. We pull out old tanks or tankless units, haul them away, and install the new one same-day in most cases. If it’s gas-fed, we run or repair the line, test for leaks, and make sure everything’s up to code before we leave.
We do code updates on everything from vent stacks to backflow preventers, especially for remodels or sales inspections. For sewers, we clear blockages, repair broken sections, and replace collapsed lines—often without digging a trench across your driveway.

Emergency Questions
In a plumbing emergency, first turn off the main water supply to your home if possible to minimize damage—it’s usually located near your water meter or in the basement. Avoid attempting DIY fixes that could worsen the issue, and contact a professional plumber right away. We handle emergency calls on a case-by-case basis, including after-hours when needed. Give us a call, and we’ll assess the situation to get someone out as quickly as possible.
Regular maintenance is key to avoiding costly repairs. We recommend flushing your drains monthly with hot water and a mixture of baking soda and vinegar to prevent clogs, inspecting visible pipes for leaks every few months, and scheduling a professional inspection annually. Also, avoid flushing non-degradable items like wipes or grease down the drain. If you’re noticing signs like slow drains or unusual noises, reach out to us for a check-up—we’re here to help keep your system running smoothly.
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but we understand that plumbing issues don’t always happen during the day. While we don’t advertise round-the-clock service, we do accommodate after-hours calls for urgent matters. As our team grows, we aim to expand availability—feel free to contact us anytime, and we’ll do our best to assist.
If you’ve got water pouring from a pipe, sewage coming up where it shouldn’t, no heat or hot water in the dead of winter, or any hint of a gas leak—call us immediately. We’re here to take your call, even if it’s 2 a.m. or a holiday. Tell us what’s going on, and we’ll get a licensed tech rolling your way fast. Don’t hesitate—your home, your safety, and your peace of mind matter. Reach out anytime.
